BIN Location est un outil de réception de stock : le personnel scanne les codes-barres des articles reçus, pointe les quantités et rapproche la réception avec la facture du fournisseur.
BIN Location is a stock receiving tool: staff scan the barcodes of received items, count quantities, and reconcile the delivery against the supplier invoice.
Fonctionnalités / Features
- Vérification par numéro d'employé, attribué par l'administrateur. / Staff sign-in with an employee number assigned by the administrator.
- Réception en continu : un code-barres scanné est reconnu automatiquement, puis on passe à l'article suivant ; saisie manuelle en secours si la caméra est indisponible. / Continuous receiving: a scanned barcode is recognized automatically, then move on to the next item; manual entry as a fallback if the camera is unavailable.
- Code-barres inconnu : création de la fiche et liaison du code en une seule fois ; si le numéro existe déjà, seul le code est lié. / Unknown barcode: create the record and link the code in one step; if the number already exists, only the code is linked.
- Liste de réception (pointage) et détail du bon, avec correction d'une ligne par re-pointage. / Receiving checklist and order detail, with a line corrected by re-counting it.
- Rapprochement avec la facture du fournisseur (bureau) : import xlsx ou csv, colonnes requises numéro de produit et quantité expédiée, colonne Line optionnelle, quantité 0 ignorée, numéros répétés fusionnés, colonne prix ignorée. / Supplier invoice reconciliation (office): xlsx or csv import, required columns product number and shipped quantity, Line column optional, zero quantities skipped, repeated numbers merged, price column ignored.
- Page des enregistrements protégée par un mot de passe de gestion. / Records page protected by a manager password.
